Took me no time to tear that sh*t apart and get my drum out, and man am I speechless! It’s f*cking gorgeous! EXACTLY what I was looking for in appearance. The notched trick is really over the top too. I really can’t put it into words how sleek the trick looks on there, it fits with the whole vibe so well. Those lugs are amazing too, I’m surprised I don’t see more of them.
So I tapped on it a little and holy f*cking sh*t man. Honestly, I think every time I get a drum I say it’s the best drum I’ve ever played, but this one is probably no exaggeration. It has EVERYTHING. The perfect blend between cut and warmth, some nice, sweet low end darkness with all the highs I need. Plus the sensitivity and response is unreal. I can buzz roll hummingbird-quiet with absolutely no effort on her. Beautiful articulation, and a crack that could clear a room. Man I am sold on this one. I just wish I knew more ways to say that it is perfect haha. Thank you so much though, you nailed it. To use the cliche, this drum is everything I was looking for and more. “Hey Jeff, I picked up the snare drum yesterday, and I had a gig last night at a winery. And I just can’t tell ya how pleased I am with that drum. And of course all the people in the band, who are very familiar with drum sounds and the quality of musical instruments, just thought that the sound was unbelievable. “Your drums are top of the line. And you stand by your work. I’m loving playing this gear. That snare is BY FAR the most sensitive snare I’ve ever played, and the 3 way throw off is really nice. For the music I play, mostly medium volume, clubs, private parties, etc. for me it’s, well… perfect! Also this kick is just what I wanted. The tuning range on the whole kit is much wider than I expected. I actually think I play better; or maybe it’s that the drums just sound better. In any case I’m very very pleased.”

“Got the kit Yesterday and I gotta say I’m blown away. The drums sound fantastic. The precision in the wood working and the finish are second to none. I love that the thin, light shells are easy to carry and sound awesome. Nice touch with the bass drum hoop protector too. I dropped the tension on the floor tom batter and that thing is ballsy. Rack tom too. I think those thin shells help it sing at lower tuning ranges. I can’t wait to gig with this thing. These drums are exactly what I wanted and I’m totally stoked.
