Here is a cool snare we built for another percussionist for the San Francisco Symphony. It is a solid single ply steambent all walnut shell with matching walnut reinforcement rings for a darker, warmer tone. The 4×14″ size leaves a drier, articulated tone and extreme sensitivity paired with our perfect sharp bearing edges and custom cut snare beds to fit the triple snare wires & cords. All custom hardware including double ended chrome over solid brass tube lugs, single flanged hoops with clips, and a Triad strainer and butt system. A high gloss natural finish really classes up this unique walnut drum.
