A killer kit made for all music situations and dressed to kill. Finished in a natural hard satin clear that is a specialty finish that is similar to our ultra durable high gloss top coat but with a low satin sheen. So you have the best finish clarity of the wood and greatest amount of durability than any other finish out there. Our Standard Series all maple shells are thin for a warm full tone and great for live and recording, or for any other situation. Sizes were made with versatility in mind as well. Two different size bass drums for anything from jazz to rock, and three versatile tom sizes that can be used as a 5pc or just a 4pc with either kick drum. Sizes include 18×22″ and 14×18″ kick drums, 8×10″ and 9×12″ rack toms, 14×14″ floor tom, and our most popular snare size – 6.5×14″. These shells look gorgeous paired with the all black nickel hardware. Parts include, mini 1″ tube lugs with 50% offset, die cast bass drum claws, pro spurs, DSS tom mounts, heavy duty brackets, 2.3mm triple flanged hoops, and a Trick multi step throwoff.
A new 4pc kit with matching snare for our buddy Nick Fishman who is currently on tour with his new kit throughout the US and then off on his European tour. After hours of consulting with Nick, we determined that our thinner Standard Series Maple of 6ply toms and an 8ply kick with added custom made 3ply maple reinforcement rings would be the best drumkit possible for him and his various music styles. Our thin maple shells offer tons of body and low end but the installed re-rings add just a touch of high end cut. The color is a dark black transparent stain where you can still see the wood grain (just not in the photos of course) with our high gloss topcoat. We left the insie of the kick hoops natural for a nice wood contrast. A very cool sounding and classy looking bop kit. Sizes include 14×18″ kick, 5.5×14″ snare, 8×12″ tom, 14×14″ floor all with chrome hardware and a single tom bass drum mount installed.

We built this kit for Joe Glaser of the band Alma Desnuda, a very eclectic band that is passionate and soulful in spreading great music and energy. Joe had specifically asked for a light weight gigging kit as they are on tour most days of the year and with smaller sizes as he plays a hybrid kit of percussion instruments and drums while sitting on a cajon drum instead of a drum throne. We built this kit using our Standard Series maple shells in smaller sizes as they would have a rounded, full tone and wide tuning range. Also we used the lightest parts available while also being highly durable and functional so that kit could be easily transported across the US and travel overseas on tour. Sizes include 8×12″ tom, 12×14″ tom, 14×18″ kick drum. Hardware includes 1″ mini tube lugs for minimal shell contact and durability, 2.3mm triple flanged hoops, DSS suspension mounts, heavy duty round brackets, and vintage style folding spurs as they are a third the weight of standard pro spurs. We also later made a matching 5.5×14″ Standard Series 8ply maple snare.
